As a two-time combat-disabled U.S. Navy veteran living with cPTSD and a high ACEs score, Dr. Beast began a personal journey of healing and self-discovery after many of the systems designed to support military seperation failed. That journey began before cannabis, but the plant accelerated it, opening the door to deeper reflection, regulation, awareness and self-trust/confidence.

This work draws from that lived experience and years of study, integrating mindset recalibration, trauma healing, emotional intelligence, and resilience-building practices. Clients engage in reflective and embodied work designed to shift perspective, strengthen nervous-system awareness, rebuild internal safety, and lead with authenticity rather than survival patterns.
