Research & Academia
As a leadership scholar, my research, writing, and teaching sit at the intersection of power, gender, systems, and resilience. My doctoral work examined women’s leadership and institutional structures, with a particular focus on how women navigate, survive, and lead within systems not originally designed for them. That lens now informs everything I do—academically, professionally, and publicly.
Scholarship, for me, is not confined to journals or classrooms. It is a living practice.
Writing & Reflective thought leadership
This section features my long-form writing and reflective thought leadership, published through Substack. Rooted in research practice and lived experience, these essays explore my war and wellness journey—examining leadership, recovery, identity, and resilience through a scholarly yet accessible lens. This is not traditional blogging; it is narrative inquiry designed to help others build the anatomy of a Beast through reflection, evidence, and truth.
