Research & Academia

As a leadership scholar, my research, writing, and teaching sit at the intersection of power, gender, systems, and resilience. My doctoral work examined women’s leadership and institutional structures, with a particular focus on how women navigate, survive, and lead within systems not originally designed for them. That lens now informs everything I do—academically, professionally, and publicly.

Scholarship, for me, is not confined to journals or classrooms. It is a living practice.

This is not traditional blogging; it is narrative inquiry designed to help others build the anatomy of a Beast through reflection, evidence, and truth.

Policy, White Papers & Industry Advancement

This section features my white papers, policy analyses, and technical writings focused on regulatory reform and industry advancement. Informed by academic research, operational leadership, and direct engagement with regulatory bodies, this work addresses systemic gaps, policy inefficiencies, and opportunities for meaningful reform.

Each piece is written to bridge the gap between legislation and lived impact—offering clear insights, practical recommendations, and evidence-based perspectives to support more effective, equitable policy outcomes.

Public Scholarship & Investigative contributions

This section features my dissertation research, peer-reviewed contributions, conference talks, and public scholarship focused on women’s leadership and institutional systems. It also includes investigative work conducted through my media platforms, grounded in qualitative research methods and scholarly inquiry.

This body of work honors the rigor, ethics, and responsibility of academic research while translating findings into accessible formats that inform public understanding and policy discourse.

Across all of these modalities—research, writing, teaching, policy work, and media — women’s leadership remains central. My work is especially committed to advancing the visibility, legitimacy, and authority of women leaders, not as exceptions, but as architects of systems and culture.

At its core, this body of work exists to demonstrate that women can stand front and center as thinkers, leaders, builders, and scholars—despite what history has tried to suggest otherwise.

For my students, my audience, and most importantly, for my children, this work is proof that women belong at the table, on the stage, and in the archive.
